A: We send the cameras with all instructions and components in a light
weight transport case, postage is included when you order.

Terms and Conditions
1. EQUIPMENT CONDITION
All equipment will be checked by Digital Camera Hire
before dispatch.
- You agree immediately to contact Digital Camera Hire
in the event the equipment received is faulty or damaged.
- You agree immediately to contact Digital Camera Hire
in the event the equipment received is not fully charged.
- You agree immediately to contact Digital Camera Hire
in the event that not all Equipment listed on the Invoice has been received.
2. RETURN OF EQUIPMENT
You agree to return the equipment to Digital Camera Hire:
- In the same condition in which you received it.
- To the return location specified on the return
address label supplied.
- Posted by the Post By date on the invoice.
Late fees apply
- There are no extensions to the Post By date set
out on the Invoice unless previously arranged with Digital Camera Hire.
- A late charge of $50 per day will apply to equipment that is
not posted by the agreed Post By Date.
- Equipment that is sent to Digital
Camera Hire more than two days past the Post By Date without prior
arrangement with Digital Camera Hire may require Digital Camera Hire to
file a Police Report.
3.USE OF EQUIPMENT
Persons must not use the Equipment who are:
- intoxicated or under the influence of any drug,
toxic, or illegal substance.
- under the age of 16.
The Equipment must not be used for any purpose
other than for which it is specified to Digital Camera Hire.
The Equipment must not be allowed to get wet and
must not be used in the rain.
The identification tag and stickers must not
be removed from the cameras.
Do not attempt to remove the memory cards from the Digital Camera Hire Digital Cameras.
Do not attempt to load any other
memory cards into the camera.
4. CHARGES
- Where you fail to return any of the items
described in the Invoice insurance excess of $80 per item may be incurred.
- Final charges will be determined after a final
inspection by our representative which will be made as soon as practicable after
return to, or recovery by Digital Camera Hire, of the Equipment.
- If insurance has not been taken out, cost for
replacing or repairing damaged or lost items will be passed on to you. Camera
replacement is $400 or memory card is $60
5. OWNER'S LIABILITY
- Except as provided at law we are not liable to any
person, and you indemnify Digital Camera Hire for any loss of, or damage to, any
property:
- Damage to the cameras and memory cards, whether
they belong to Digital Camera Hire or not.
6. PRIVACY
- Information submitted by you to Digital Camera Hire
is kept in the strictest confidence and is used only for the purpose of
processing orders or enquiries, and to communicate with you about special
offers, new products and services and promotions. We will never share this
information with any other business or individual.
- Photos submitted to Digital Camera Hire are kept in
the strictest confidence.
7. SHIPPING
- All items are shipped prepaid Express
Post.
- Shipping costs are included in the total cost of the
service.
- Your order will be dispatched to arrive at least 2
days before the event.
- You are required to use the prepaid envelope
provided to return the Pack and Equipment to Digital Camera Hire.
- You need to note the Post By date for return
described in the invoice. This is the date you need to have posted the equipment
by. Postage after this date willl incur a late fee of $50 a day.
- You need to retain the registered post
receipt (given to you by Australia Post) when returning the Equipment.
You may be asked to provide this on request, as proof of you returning
the equipment to Digital Camera Hire should the equipment not arrive at
Digital Camera Hire on the specified return date.
8. Digital Camera Hire
- Is not responsible for the quality of the
photographs taken by the guests.
- Shall not alter the images in any way.
- Will delete and not use in any way, the non-event
photos downloaded on the multicard reader.
- Reserves the right to remove any offensive
photographs from the final produced DVDs.
- Will keep copies of the photographs from the event
for backup for no more than 3 months.
- Reserves the right to amend the Terms &
Conditions without notice at any time.
9. PAYMENT
- We accept Visa and Mastercard Credit Cards.
- A Direct Bank Deposit in $AUD can be arranged by
contacting Digital Camera Hire for our bank account details.
- Payment must be made in full 2 weeks prior to the
event, unless we give written permission for delayed payment.
- Payment of deposit and / or full payment is taken
as acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.
10. REFUND POLICY
- We shall refund the full amount less $50
administration fee if notified more than 2 or more weeks prior to the event.
- We shall refund 50% of the total amount if the
event is cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to the event.
